Moro's chicken fattee

One of my favourite dishes from one of my favourite restaurants, Moro. This recipe is taken from their second cookbook, Casa Moro, and although it does involve a fair amount of preparation I think the end result is well worth it, especially if you happen to have a little spare time on your hands on a dull Bank Holiday Monday.
