well made: Lustgarden

Designed by Stig Lindberg as a textile pattern in 1947 Lustgarden (Garden of Eden) typifies the playful and colourful imagery Lindberg adopted for much of his work. The fabric used for these designs is produced from high quality bleached cotton and printed by Swedish printer Ljungbergs Textiltrycko, the original manufactuer from the Fifties. In addition to being sold as conventional rolls of fabric it is also produced as pre-made cushion covers, table runners and placemats
