One of the things I like best about visiting Spain is the food and especially tapas. Every region seems to have its own specialities so it's a great way to try lots of different things and perhaps choose something you wouldn't necessarily order in a restaurant. There are too many nice dishes to mention but some of my favourites from this trip include Pimientos de Padron (small fried green peppers) and jamon Iberico with chicory. No doubt I'll be attempting to recreate some of these recipes when I get home but for the next few days I'm more than happy to relax and leave it to the experts
