| I'm unsure whether this book from portrait photographer Timothy Greenfield-Sanders really fits in to my 'well read' section but it makes an interesting coffee table piece nonetheless. In addition to the photographs of renowned porn stars (both fully clothed and nude), for which it gained much media attention when it was released in 2004, the book also includes essays from Salman Rushdie and Gore Vidal.
