Whilst trawling through Ebay recently I spotted this magazine from 1971 with a cover photo of George Best sat in an Eames Lounge Chair. The magazine includes a short article and a few photos (posted after the jump) of Best's then newly built ultra modern house in South Manchester, which had been designed by Frazer Cane in 1969. Although the property failed to impress the architectural press at the time and has not been subsequently recognised I think it looks absolutely stunning
