With the run of decent September weather widely forecast to come to an end in the UK today it felt a little like the end of summer yesterday. To make the most of the day we made paella using the recipe from Moro Casa. It's one of those dishes that always seems to taste better outside (you need a tripod gas burner ideally) and although there's a certain amount of prep involved it never feels like too much of an effort if you can make it outside with friends and family on a warm summers day      |
